Our story
MOVIE STARS was founded by Mr. Manoj Jain, who started his business journey in 1989 with just Rs. 14,000 borrowed from his father. Coming from a small village in Uttar Pradesh to Delhi, he set up a small unit at Vishwas Nagar, Delhi, and established himself as an electronic products manufacturer – growing from wooden cabinets and VCD players to high-quality music systems.
He founded Frooti Electronics in 2005; the name “FROOTI” comes from his daughter. In 2020 Mr. Aakash Jain joined his father to expand the business, acquiring land for an office and factory in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (U.P.). In October 2022 the company began manufacturing ceiling fans, all purpose fans and other home appliances.
